Phytosanitary Certificate
Issued by the Ministry of Agriculture, Animal Industry and Fisheries (MAAIF) to certify that our vanilla beans are free from pests and diseases.
Certificate of Origin
A critical document verifying that the vanilla was grown and harvested in Uganda, facilitating preferential tariff treatments where applicable.
Commercial Invoice
Detailed breakdown of the transaction, including product description, quantity, value, and terms of sale (Incoterms).
Packing List
Itemized list of contents within each carton, including weights and dimensions for logistical and customs audit purposes.
Quality & Grade Analysis Report
Laboratory results confirming vanillin content, moisture levels, and grade classification (Gourmet/Grade A or Extraction/Grade B).
Fumigation Certificate
Issued where applicable to certify that the shipment has been professionally treated in compliance with international sanitary standards.
Insurance Certificate
Proof of cargo insurance and coverage details, provided by United Vanilla when transport insurance is managed by our team.
Export Permit & License
Official authorization from Ugandan regulatory bodies permitting the export of agricultural products to your destination.
